Billing and Collections Administrator
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in similar roles (administration, invoicing and/or credit control).
- Qualification in administration, finance or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in billing tools and management software (ERP systems, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to monitor and prioritise tasks effectively.
- High level of responsibility, autonomy and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
- Issuing invoices and credit notes for national and international clients.
- Preparing quotations and pro forma invoices.
- Monitoring and managing outstanding payments, maintaining effective client relationships.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve billing-related issues.
- Recording and reconciling payments in the billing system.
- Preparing regular reports on the status of collections.
- Keeping the client database and payment terms up to date.

Main tasks
- Preparing maintenance and refit service estimates.
- Creating technical service and repair reports.
- Administrative support for the technical office.
- Assisting in resolving technical and logistical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Highly valued experience in:
- Naval mechanics.
- Electrical and electronic systems.
- Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Mercury Mercruiser systems.
- Handling of schematics and service manuals.
- General nautical knowledge and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Decisive, organized, and responsible individual.
